Unfinished installation

On the 04th October 2024 I requested for Hypa fibre ( Vumatel) to install fibre for me. The guy that was allocated to install the fibre (Mandla) said he is doing a temporary job and he will come back and finish putting the wire correctly but he will leave the router so that I can connect however since he left he never came back. He left the white pipes and the wire lying around the yard not closed. When I call or WhatsApp him he doesn't respond anymore. The number is no longer going through I think he blocked me.Their office number: *** never goes through always on voice-mail, no one to assist. Now I am stuck with the enclosed wire and white pipes lying around up to date. Not happy at all.
