Unexpected service delivery from Afrihost client service..

I have been without Internet connectivity for days and the afrihost agents all gave me the same advice. After trying in vain to do all they advised, a ticket was logged and my issue was referred to a tier 2 technician. I am stil waiting on a solution to my problem but what is worse is that I am paying for a service that Afrihost and Vumatel are currently not providing.
