UNDERMINING CONDUCT

Your workers arrived and began digging directly in front of my yard to install a manhole for your cables without any prior notice, consultation, or consent from any member of our household. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also shows a clear disregard for the residents affected by your operations.

What is even more concerning is that the excavation site has been left open and unattended for over two weeks. These exposed holes pose a serious safety hazard, especially to children in the neighbourhood who pass by daily on their way to and from school. Where there have been attempts to cover the exposed excavation, the work has been left untidy, and the entire neighbourhood has been left in an untidy state.

Attempts to seek clarity or assistance have been unsuccessful, as supervisors are noticeably absent, leaving only workers on-site who are unable to provide any answers or accountability. This creates the impression that responsibility is being avoided, further adding to our frustration.

We feel disrespected and undermined by the manner in which this situation has been handled.
