Unauthorised fibre installation in my building

I would like to raise a complaint. I have a building in Alexandra which has 20 rooms. A service consultant has come to my building (15 November 2024) and advised that I need one that will cater for the complex which I agreed to. To date I have not received any feedback. To my surprise, a tenant installed fibre in her own room from Vuma without my consent. I am shocked and surprised that a Vuma technician has come to my building to install fibre for one tenant without the landlords consent. Imagine if other tenants also install fibre, you can already see multiple cables coming different directions of the building which will make it look untidy and will have multiple holes all over. Please may this be resolved as soon as possible as it is unacceptable.
