Unacceptable service, I need my money back

Vumatel internet/router stopped working since the heavy wind in Cape Town in April 04th. Been trying to get hold of them no luck emailed severally and called severally the number never goes through. And they have been debiting from my account for something that's not active. I need a refund for these 2 months being April and May.

This is the last option I have of trying to get to them.
