Unacceptable service from Afrihost/Vumatel

I migrated my afrihost/vumatel account to new address. Had the technicians come out and install. A week later the line goes dead. Vumatel sends out a technician 2 days after I logged a call without notifying me but calls me when they are at the gate. I make arrangements to be there in 10 min. When I get here there is no technician. I have been waiting for an hour and 30min now and still no technician. Is this how you guys operate?
