Unacceptable service

The service that we receive from Vumatel is bad. I logged a call with Vox (service provider) on Friday the 27th December. They could not solve the problem on Saturday, and made an appointment for today at 12md. Nope! They sent an email at 11.30 from a noreply email address and (not giving a reason, postponed the appointment to tomorrow the 31sts! This is December school holidays and everyone depends on wifi, but they don't care. Will they accept 3/4 monthly subscription? No, they will not, because they know that we depend on the service. They forget that we have options in the industry
