Unacceptable service

Ticket *** I signed up with Vox on 7/4/2020. It is today 6 weeks and no installation or contact yet. No reply on follow-up from Vox or myself. This is not acceptable!!! I am working from home and had to purchased a lot of data due to this delay. Please provide urgent feedback.
