Unacceptable Service – 2 Days Offline with Zero Communication or Resolution

I am writing this review to express my absolute frustration with Vuma. I have had no internet access for the past two days, and the level of service and support is completely appalling. There has been zero proactive communication from their team regarding the downtime. Every time I call customer support, my issue goes completely unresolved. While I keep getting issued ticket numbers, that is where the service ends—no technicians have been dispatched, no updates have been provided, and nobody has come out to check or fix the problem. Issuing reference numbers without actually taking action or sending help is useless. We pay for a reliable service, but instead, we are left completely in the dark with ongoing downtime and useless support channels. Vuma, fix my connectivity immediately and stop giving customers automated ticket numbers with zero follow-through!
