Unacceptable service
Today the vumatel team were busy in our street and now our Wi-Fi has been off since 14:00. I went to the team working on the corner of the road and they assured we it will be sorted before the end of the day. Guess what, still no Wi-Fi so I am unable to work. Been calling there customer care line and they are hopeless. All they say is that the team is working in the area. We the only house with no Wi-Fi and no communication from vumatel either to say they going to be working in the area so we can plan. Wonder when it will be fixed.
