Unable to reach out to Vuma-Terrible Customer Service

I have had vuma for a good few years now and they have the worse customer service available. Everytime we try to reach out to Vuma it takes hours on a live chat and even the whatsapp service serves no purpose as they do not respond. My internet has gone off and im an trying since this morning to log a complaint however I am unable to speak to an assistant as everything is automated and was advised that I am being put through to an agent however hours has passed and im still waiting. There's no contact number to a actually call and speak to someone just online chat services that is useless.When its time for payment to be done there is no issues but when you have an issue with the service itself its a long lengthy process which is not even helpful.What kind of service providers are you to take people's money however when they need assistance with the service its a nightmare.
