Unable to get installation completed for two months.

I first placed an order with you on 26 February and you never followed up on this. On 12 March I tried again and was promised that the installation would be completed within two weeks. Two weeks later (around 28 March) I received a phone call and was told that it could take a further two weeks and possibly longer (at that point we were already 4 weeks into this saga). While I was out of SA I received an e-mail saying that the installation had been completed, which is impossible due to the fact that (1) I am the only person living in that apartment, (2) I wasn’t even in SA at that point, and (3) no one else has a key to my apartment. Also - how is an installation completed if you don’t even talk to the customer physically or even over the phone? Since returning to SA on 10 April I have phoned you about 15 times, each time having to talk to a new consultant, getting a new reference number, and waiting roughly 8 minutes on the phone for a new consultant to get the story (more or less) straight. Most of the time they didn’t take the previous reference number to speed things up. Furthermore, I spoke to a *person* (I have the name and will give it) over the phone on 12 April and she promised me that the installation would be completed by the end of last week (18 April). She also said that I could talk to her again if I have further issues. Each time I want to talk to her, there is an excuse as to why I can’t. And furthermore, when I ask to speak to a manager, the manager is not available. On 23 April I spoke to two of your consultants and they promised me that the case had been escalated and I would receive feedback by 24 April the latest. It is now 25 April. I have tried speaking to three of the consultants today, only to have to phone again and again and not being allowed to speak to a manager. AGAIN.
