Unable to connect to Online only Games

When I first got signed up with Vuma and Afrihost in 2020 everything was great. But for over a year now I've been experiencing difficulty connecting to online games. When I do manage to get connected the game would disconnect and I'd have to struggle trying to get in again. I spend more time staring at Error messages telling me I failed to connect than I do actually playing the games. The games works through mobile data but online gaming requires a fibre line for proper play as mobile has a high ping and is unstable.
