Umlazi‼️ Umlazi ‼️don’t use Vumatel fiber

im here to make sure that people around Umlazi don't get excited now that Vuma is still installing fiber around umlazi, but is unable to sent a technicians to come and inspect my problem in my area, which ironically is in umlazi area.

Here to alert people in umlazi to not make any connection with Vumtel. Stick to your router network because Vuma is good in installing but unable to help when you lose connection. I so wish we had another fiber network that we are able to choose from or get rid of Vumtel at umlazi area for Good. Because tell me why Vuma is still installing fibre in Umlazi but cant send a technician in umlazi. Their safety concern apply when having to fix the problem but right now sections in Umlazi are being installed ! They don't have competition that is the reason why they are ruing our relationship with network providers. Because we pay the network providers for network we don't have and we cant really blame them because the middle man is Vumatel.

Network providers want to give us network but Vuma is busy installing fibre that they wont be responsible for incase you have a problem.

I must how ever give 8/10 credit to the agent i spoke to today for being able to be and not try to pin the fault on Webafrica he was very professional “ ITUMELENG NXUMALO “ i hope you carry your work ethic far !! He is the only agent i have ever spoken to after a month who had time to admit to their faults as Vumatel and actually apologise on his company behalf.

I hope there will be another fibre company willing to challenge Vumatel and we move away from their **** service.
