*****ulent account

I have tried calling a numerous times and it doesn't go through. I have communicated numerous times and alerted that someone has opened a account on my name and you verified it but yet I am still getting emails that I have successfully paid my account. Do you realize someone is using my name even if he pays his account . Its ***** and you assured me that it was stopped but still nothing how ridiculous is this.!!!
