12 Jan 2023, 08:40this is a BIG fat lie, you promised to send a technician to have a look at your router as the LOS line is till red since the 23rd December 2022 and todate it is still is after million times rebooth. What is so difficult to send a technician to look into the actual box than these responses that are not true?
