****ty installation, ****ed up.

I am very ****ed by this people. For a year we have been suffering from drain blockage. Each and every week we needed to call municipality to come fix, but unfortunately after they came several times they spotted coming and we had to hire a private plumber to fix. The plumber was been called every week which meant R300 each week since May 2021. We ended up paying R1500 to get the hole drain system because we were tired of paying every week and I have small children that were subjected to live in a hazardous area. Only to find that the whole **** was caused by vumatel, when they came to install fiber lines the was some parts were the used a machine to drill. The drilled thought our drain system, and they were the cause of the problem all the money we spent cause of them had to also buy new pipes to replace the damaged ones. My finances have been ruined because of them. I need to be compensated for all the money I spend.
