Trying to get fibre installed in my house has been an absolute nightmare.

Vuma claims they are unable to install fibre at my address, stating that I live in a complex—which is not true. I also have two other houses on the same street with fibre connections, yet they insist there is “no infrastructure” available.

I have requested a simple site inspection, but they refuse, continuing to blame a lack of infrastructure. The service and communication have been extremely frustrating.
