True Customer Service!

I want to commend your maintenance and installation team members: Shane, Sheldon, Lucky and Tshepo working in your Jhb South area. As much as my ISP disappointed me multiple times, with no call backs or specific feedback about my fibre, this team absolutely embodied customer service. They were courteous, friendly, worked efficiently, found a better solution on a 1st failed installation and kept me up to date at all times. All this while my ISP had no feedback for me. Well done Vumatel, please ensure that these gents receive the accolades due to them. Thank you
