Trespassing and poll overload

Firstly they are ********s, they trespass in people's homes. Worse now they overloaded our poll so we constantly don't have internet. A case against them for trespassing is still pending and we going to add one for bridge of contract because if they promised 4 installation per pall why do we have more ? Why are we constantly suffering with internet while we paying. I HATE this company.
