I want to know what kind of technicians do you hire because every time they come to fix a neighbor’s network they mess us mine, every damn time.

How many times have I asked you people to fix this because now every month I need to call and report this problem twice a month and use my airtime.

last night I used over R100 calling MWeb trying to report your mess even now I’m still without internet. What exactly am I paying for? please make it make sense
