ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I think they take advantage that they are the only service providers for some areas and we have no choice but to use them. Customer service is **********. Technician Is supposed to come install. You cancel your plans but they don’t have common sense to let you know where they are while being 2 hours late. You call and the woman on the other end of the line after taking 7 whole minutes to answer the damn call is the RUDEST ever! Sis. It’s a shame.
