Vumatel has been a game-changer in bringing fiber lines to townships, but their service quality is extremely dissapointing. The connection frequently experiences downtime and slow speeds. It's not an issue with Mweb, as my neighbor using coolideas faces the same problems. If you're charging us the same rates as high-income areas, the least you can do is ensure the service actually works!
