Total lack of service.

Hi, you installed fiber cables in my complex , damaged my find drain. My wall will collapse. I have spend hours reporting asking installation team to come out this morning ASAP to Glen Marais area. I have recordings of calls and logging request. Invalid reference number given per second consultant who put me on hold forever and a day. Then after 12 minutes still not understanding nor logging team to resolve. Total lack of service. Called many times. Call me urgently ***
