Internet in Mayberry Park has been down going on 3 days now and we have not received any communication from Vumatel regarding the reason for the total blackout or when it will be fixed. My wife works from home and my son studies online and now needs to buy data, I have had this fibre connection for many years now without a single issue. What's changed at Vumatel to start treating your customers in this manner?
