Total blackout!! Thanks to Vumatel and their lazy bunch of losers!!SIES!!

I live in Randpark Ridge, Cnr Thrush Avenue and Bosbok Road to be exact!! I’ve been without the internet connection since Friday 13th October. It’s been a total blackout, can’t access anything, no tv, nothing. I work from home but guess what, I had to waste my petrol, drive to the office to access the internet!! Something I’m paying an arm and a leg for!! Vumatel does not respond to any of my queries on Twitter. I see they responded to my neighbour’s tweet claiming that the issue has been resolved, yet the incident for Randpark Ridge remains open on their stupid website!! This is exams time, my daughter needs access to the internet more that ever but instead of worrying or caring about their clients, their CEO is busy bragging on LinkedIn about the profits they’re making, he doesn’t give a hoot about our hard earned money that continues to go down the drain!! Sort out this mess right now!!
