Took a contract through Telkom

Took a contract through Telkom. Vumatel responded, sending a Tech. The Tech was good all went well. Telkom says Vumatel is to deliver the Router. Tried calling Vumatel 3 times wait 15 minutes gets cut off. They have an option to leave your details but it cuts off. So don't know if Vumatel will deliver a good service. Gave them a great rating after the Tech arrived. After service is terrible. Don't rate them before the setup is complete.
