Too much downtime, no response from managers.

The amount of downtime you have with Vumatel is not worth having it. I have constant ‘faults’ which are caused by their technicians! They work in the Bryanston area and just disconnect/patch incorrectly and use my line. Nobody wants to take responsibility from Vumatel but I have to deal with it every week!The worst company to deal with when the problem is in their hands. I would never ever recommend Vumatel and am looking to move back onto ADSL as there is no other fibre company in my neighbourhood.
