Title: Unacceptable Service Breakdown and Complete Lack of Support

My recent experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I have been a customer for over three years, and this is the worst service I have ever received.

Since 26 December 2026, your WhatsApp support agents have been utterly useless. No assistance, no accountability, and no resolution. I attempted to increase my internet speed via your website, but the request failed without explanation. When the new month started, we then struggled to make payment an issue entirely on your side and now we are left without internet access.

As a result, we cannot watch TV, and more importantly, work has been disrupted, which is completely unacceptable. Reliable internet is not a luxury it is essential. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic customer care displayed is shocking.

I am deeply disappointed and expect immediate restoration of service, a proper explanation, and compensation for the downtime. If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and reconsider my continued use of your service.
