Tired of the incompetency

I dont know how much more to say I'm a business man and need my internet to be sorted out.

I lay a complaint on hello Peter they send out an *********** tech who provides a temp. Solution and then it's down again no man guys fix my **** I pay u for a service.

I dont have internet now for almost 5 days
