Three Weeks of Incompetence and Zero Accountability

This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Vumatel. I’ve been stuck waiting more than three weeks just for a basic installation, and there’s still no end in sight. The service agents are not only unhelpful but downright rude, and it’s painfully obvious they have no idea what they’re doing. The level of incompetence is shocking. I’m completely fed up and furious with this company.
