This company absolutely sucks and I would strongly advise anyone needing this type of service to stay very far away from them. I have logged a call to fix my Fibre line over a week ago and this has been escalated many times where Vumatel managers have promised I would receive a call to schedule a technician and as yet not a single person from Vumatel has called. Their turn around times are supposed to be 72 hours and we are well past that. They are useless
