Third world bad service

Vumatel is the worst services provider i have ever come across, they have kept me waiting since January , when i contact them , they say they do activations in batches of 50 which has never happened , then when i contact head office , they reply and i quote ( we cannot install ) no explanation , If only there was another services provider for our area i would go with them in a flash. Whoever gave them the contract should really reconsider on the grounds of bad service.
