Think hard before deciding on using Vumatel

Vuma you have no idea what customer service is. Phoned the number you mention and because the manager has not pitched for work on Saturday - nothing can be done to help me. So because there are no managers nothing can happen. Ernest was great he can send a mail today which can be read on Monday - when I need service today. Ernest such a good guy that he put the phone down on me! There were two technicians assigned - they spent 2 hours trying to sort out the problem but because where they need to access to sort out my problem is closed until Monday they cannot help me. The two technicians who I trusted to help me so did not get their numbers have dissappeared and left the premises without help me. Everytime I phone the ********** I get told a different story this has seriously been the worst service ever received from a company that is not in Government -0 out of 10 for customer service from Vuma.
