They still did not fix my broken wire
They still did not fix my broken wire. They came out twice and I sent the photos of the broken wire with black tape on and do other things at my premises. I was at work this time due to no internet I had to relocate causing inconvenience, extra money and messed up my budget and schedule.

10 Nov 2025, 12:18I fixed the line myself with tape, but the wind in cape town is strong. You weak infrastructure,wires and pipes won't help.
The cable still need to be replaced along with mounting the piping back into place.
