They prefer creating rather than fixing proplems

Everytime Vumatel comes out to our complex in Weltevredenpark to fix someone's line, they break someone else's. Every single damn time... We all know by now if they are outside, someone will be switched off. And its now worse that before because everyone is working from home. So frustrated with this ridiculous cycle.
