They dug up my verge and now tell me I cant get their product

2 years ago Vumatel came in and dug up my verge to lay fibre. Every house in my street now has a grey box outside with a Vumatel Logo on it. Despite this their coverage maps shows my entire neighbourhood as not having Vumatel. When I phone them they tell me that Vumatel is not available in my neighbourhood only Openserve is. I already have openserve (had it before Vumatel dug up my verge) and that is delivered via the telephone poles, not through the trenches that Vumatel dug. I cant believe that Vumatel would go to the hassle of laying trenches in an entire suburb and then not even attempt to sign up these people for over 2 years.
