They don’t care about you as a customer

They don’t even deserve a star, I’ve had the worst experience, they do not communicate anything at all, their technicians were in and out of my yard with absolutely no explanation as to what is happening and why I 8 days later still do not have any internet connection. My ISP keeps saying the ball is in their court and they just don’t care.
