They broke my fibre twice

There's 4 houses in my complex. Mine was the first to be installed(which took a mission). When the house next toe got theirs installed, they broke my fibre line and took 7 days to get them to fix it, when the second house got their fibre installed,they broke mine again, it took 2 weeks to get them to fix it, and now the 3rd house got their fibre installed...I'm sure we can guess what happened. I am beyond frustrated, should've stayed with ADSL. And yes they haven't fixed it yet
