There is no communication from vuma or supersonic

They did restore my subscription,but I'm still not happy because there is no communication from vuma to explain why they did suspend it in the first and why evertime it has to the. Me calling them using my airtime the way it is there no customer care at vuma ,I'm not happy at all , their fiber is working fine but this thing of them doing as they please to me it's not good cause I have children who are studying online ,I want uniterapted service from them I will give a better reviews once they started to have a communication like to notify when is due time to pay and when there's is a problem with internet they must notify on Saturday06/11/21 I wake up there was no internet again I had to call them that only when they explained that there was a problem but the technician are working on it
