Their service sucks!!!!!

I ordered and paid for the installation on the 4th of June, even today it's still quite. No one calls me let me know what's going on. The sad part I first read the reviews before buying, I told myself I won't buy their product. But since they cover my area, I ended purchasing. Bad move I see
