Theft/ Non refund of moneys paid

I recently installed Vuma through a service provider called Tech Mike. I make payments on time but my I find my line was still suspend. I recently made a payment but and went without internet for a whole month. They promised to refund my money but then blocked my number on so my calls won't get through
