The WORST Service Provider

Today is Day 6 without service ... I have spoken to 10 people, all who assure me my query is being escalated. The one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. It has gone from Vumatel telling me I cancelled my service (did not) & sending technicians to an incorrect address (that has been corrected 15 times previously) to Vox telling me there is a crosspatch & Vumatel denying it. Oh, and then Vumatel even closes the ticket, saying it is resolved, when it absolutely is NOT!!

Vox & Vumatel, if you do not want me as a customer, after 5 years, say so - I will find someone else that wants my money. I am paying for nothing now anyway 😡😡😡
