THE WORST SERVICE I’VE YET TO RECEIVE FROM ********

I’ve never been so appalled by this ISP, our internet is not working because apparently ‘You’ve been capped, your account has run out of data’ message. I chat with the agents at Webafrica who informed me that my Vumatel account has been suspended. Of course 1st question I ask is who cancelled and why, all this agent does is send me a screenshot from the system that shows status cancelled. I then proceeded to inform him I want my account reinstated since I didn’t request for a cancellation. He transferred me to a provisioning who didn’t do anything other than request that I confirm my address and then transferred me to the sales department. A guy by the name Leon called me and asks why I cancelled my account, which is the very question I’d been trying to get answered by them and now it’s being redirected to me. He then informs me he needs to place a new order for me and will override router amount, since I already have a router and installation amount since I didn’t request for a cancellation, however a confirmation email came through and stipulates the 250 installation fee which if I don’t pay, my services won’t be reinstated. I asked the same sales consultant about this email, he chose to ignore me. I further asked if the below email which I received a couple of days prior has anything to do with why my account is cancelled and still no response until the chat got ended due to inactivity. This is sickening to the core, especially because I work using the internet and my kids are online home schooling and missed classes today due to this, my eldest has an English 3rd paper tomorrow and I now need to make plans whilst I paid for my internet already and Im stranded, I need our internet back.
