The worst service ever!

Words fail me, I have never spent such a difficult day trying to speak to a person and sort out my problem. I'm still waiting for vumatel to install my Wi-Fi and I've already made payment. Randal or whatever the hell his name is, is the most rudest and useless client service consultant ever. He wouldn't even give you the time of day to at least listen to your problem. His work ethic is appalling.. lacks emotional intelligence and accountability, and argues with clients as if his father has shares at Vumatel. You will wait 20 minutes to no positive results then he hangs up on you. Uyadelela lomsunu. I'm still waiting for vumatel install my wifi, it's been 3 weeks now. The glitch was happened because of addresses, webafrica sorted that out and still waiting for vumatel to allocate the money from old address to a new one. I'm trying to explain to him what they told me and he's being dismissive and tells me nonsense unyoko nje. He tells me my order was cancelled.. Where's my refund then if the order is cancelled.. Where's the decency to communicate. Disgusting! YOUR LACK OF PLANNING IS NOT MY EMERGENCY!
