The worst service!!!

This is the most useless service provider together with cool ideas. I have been trying to get connected for over a week and all I have been getting is a run around in circles. I moved to a new address with an existing installation, all it was a matter of doing was providing a power cable and getting my line connected. Instead it has been an absolute battle with nobody ever calling me back and vumatel removing the existing installation off their records. I have still not been provided with a power cable and am still not connected! Useless is an understatement for this business!
