The worst service

I have been without internet for 7 days now because my subscription was canceled when I was changing ownership and I had already paid. I was told the service will be activated under the old profile but til today no feedback, no internet. This is really pathetic service as I had been taken back and forth between Flycool and Vuma. I want this to be sorted today😡
