The worst ISP

The worst ISP I have ever dealt with! What is the point of logging tickets if they get closed? What is the point of doing internet speed upgrades if the internet is slower than it was previously? We are forced to use this ******* internet because of where we are located, you have to log a query 500 times and get told the same thing over and over again. You pay for a service but you just never get what you pay for, welcome to South Africa, we used to pride ourselves on our Customer Service but now, no one gives hoot because of companies like this that have a monopoly in the market.
