The worst in SA
You guys are the WORST! So bad, I just cancelled my account with Afrihost. Your staff members are really rude and arrogant, especially Wandile and Sindi, who had NO sympathy for my working hours and told me to call during lunch. They also refused to escalate my case or put me in touch with their supervisor.
Your installation team connected my fibre line to someone else's account! I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my life and hope to never deal with Vumatel again. Goodbye.

20 Aug 2018, 10:22Monday came and went. Your installations team was a no-show. No one contacted me. When I eventually contacted Vumatel, they told me I've never had an installation. Sir, please. I'm asking you to escalate this case. It is really really bad service I'm experiencing. This is not how a customer should be treated. I would appreciate a call from the CEO or owner.
