THE WORST EVER

I can understand why VUMATEL has a rating of 1.9!!!! I have never experienced such bad service. Between VUMATEL and VODACOM I have been without Wifi for 6 weeks - Vumatel instructs Vodacom of which I am the client to cancel my service order because they cannot reach me - utter nonsense. And how can a 3rd party of which I am not the client cancel my order and VODACOM of which I am the client accept it!? Where is the quality control?
